How to edit one DealFlow record
One record — a contract request, key terms sheet, negotiation point, obligation, matter, hearing, order, cost or deadline.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the record from its list or from the contract / matter page.
- Change the fields you are allowed to; locked records (such as a frozen final-draft terms sheet) are read-only.
- Save. Changes are recorded in the history.
