Why a page says "No access" and how to get access
You opened a page for an app or action your user hasn't been given.
Who can do this: Every user.
Steps
Step by step
- Read the message — it names the app or area.
- Click Back to all apps to continue.
- Ask your organisation admin to tick that app for you in Settings → Users & app access, or change your access level.
- If your organisation hasn't bought the app, the admin can add it in Subscription & billing.
