How to choose a plan or bundle
Pick the apps you need now; add more any time. Plans set your user and storage limits.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- In set-up step 4 (or Settings → Subscription & billing → Change your plan), the apps suggested for your business type are pre-ticked.
- Untick anything you don't need; tick extra apps. The monthly total (excluding GST) updates as you go.
- If your ticks match a bundle (e.g. Core Business = Books, Sell, Buy, Stock), Bebaak applies the bundle price automatically.
- Choose your plan size: Starter (1 user, 1 GB), Business (5 users, 5 GB) or Professional (10 users, 10 GB). Extra users and storage are add-ons.
- Choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves up to 10%) and confirm.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, no card required.
Do prices include GST?
No. GST is added to every Bebaak invoice.
