How to manage consignment stock
Send stock to a consignee without making a sale, turn their sales reports into invoices, and take back returns.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Inventory & Distribution → Consignment → Send stock. Choose the consignee, items and quantities.
- The stock moves to the consignee's location — it is still yours, not a sale.
- When the consignee reports sales, enter the report: Bebaak raises the invoice for what was sold.
- Record returns the same way. The page always shows the stock still with each consignee.
