How to claim scheme benefits from the brand

See what each scheme has given each customer and what you can claim back from the brand; make the claim and record the settlement.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

Inventory & Distribution → Scheme claims.
Choose the scheme and period; the page shows the benefit given per customer and the claimable total.
Click Make claim to create the claim for the brand.
When the brand settles, open the claim and record the amount and date.

A period-end scheme credit is posted as a financial credit note journal without a GST adjustment (it says so in its remark).
