How to set delivery, pickup and stock

Home delivery and pickup, delivery zones by pincode (flat or weight-based), a free-delivery threshold, online warehouses and buffer stock.

Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).

Steps

Step by step

  1. Online → Settings → Delivery, pickup and stock.
  2. Home delivery: add zones by pincodes or prefixes, with a flat or weight-based charge and delivery days.
  3. Free delivery above ₹ (0 = never).
  4. Pickup from the shop: tick it and add pickup instructions.
  5. Sell online from these warehouses: choose which stock locations count.
  6. Buffer stock kept back per item: stock shown online is actual − reserved − buffer. Choose whether to show out-of-stock items (they can't be ordered).
