What your shoppers see
A guide to your store from the shopper's side: product pages, cart, checkout, UPI / COD / pickup / card payment, order tracking and sign-in by email code.
Who can do this: Your customers (no Bebaak account needed).
Steps
Step by step
- Shoppers open shop.bebaak.co/<your-store> (or your domain) on their phone or computer.
- They browse categories and product pages, choose variants and add to cart.
- Checkout asks for name, phone, delivery address (or pickup) and applies any coupon. GST is worked out from the delivery state.
- They pay by UPI (QR or app link, then type the UTR), cash on delivery, pay at pickup, or card/netbanking if you've connected Razorpay or Cashfree.
- They get an order confirmation and can track the order; to see past orders they sign in with a code sent to their email.
