How to use bin locations
Your own zone / rack / shelf / bin codes per warehouse, put-away and pick suggestions, bin-wise stock and issue from a bin.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Inventory & Distribution → Bins → Add bins for a warehouse (zone, rack, shelf, bin).
- When goods arrive, use Put away: Bebaak suggests a bin.
- For an invoice or challan, use Pick to see which bins to take the items from.
- See stock bin by bin, and Issue from a bin when material is used.
Tips
- Invoices and challans do not pick from bins automatically — do the Pick step for them.
