How payment collection works
New in v0.20: collect into your own gateway account or your own UPI QR. Bebaak never holds the money; UPI payments are confirmed by an authorised person.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Settings → Payments: connect Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe PG or Stripe with your own keys, and Test connection.
- Add your own UPI QR; invoice PDFs and emails can show Pay now and the QR.
- Payments → Payment links for invoices, society bills, online orders and advances.
- Payments → Approve UPI payments: check the UTR in your bank, then Confirm — it's in our account, or Reject.
- Payments → Settlements matches gateway payouts to the bank credit.
- Gateways have been tested in test mode, not yet with live payments — make a small live test first.
