How to restore a deleted sales draft

Bring back a draft quote, order, delivery challan or invoice that was deleted by mistake.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Sales → Deleted drafts.
  2. Find the draft by number, customer or date.
  3. Click Restore. It goes back to its list as a draft.
  4. Submitted documents are never deleted — they are cancelled (voided) and stay in their list.
